Description
All of our FBI Physical Fitness Test(PFT)/DEA Physical Task Assessment(PTA) Rediness Courses (Gold Plan, Silver Plan, Bronze Plan) offer you the opportunity to participate in a PFT comprised of five events administered in the following sequence: 1) one-minute continuous sit-ups, 2) a 300-meter sprint, 3) continuous push-ups (untimed), 4) a 1.5-mile run, and 5) pull-ups. The test is administered and graded by members of the FedBoost® team. All FedBoost® team members are former instructors at the FBI Academy and have years of experience administering and grading the FBI PFT. We guarantee you will be graded according to the same strict standards and protocols as the FBI PFT at the FBI Academy (also applies to the DEA PTA). After completing the test, the administering FedBoost® team members will provide one-on-one feedback to ensure you fully understand how to improve your performance on each event of the PFT/PTA. Additionally, FedBoost® team members will be available to address questions or concerns regarding the test and test training. You may register for one of our PFT events held at a location near you.
Bronze
Our BRONZE Plan offers you the basic essentials; PFT/PTA administration and grading by FedBoost® team members, one-on-one expert feedback, and team member access for answers to your PFT/PTA questions or concerns.
Silver
Our SILVER Plan offers you all the benefits of the BRONZE plan, plus you will receive a personalized PFT/PTA Training Plan specifically designed for you based on your test results. In addition, FedBoost® team members will be available to you by email to address any questions or concerns you may have regarding the test or your personalized PFT/PTA Training Plan. You will receive a timely response to your inquiries from a qualified member of our FedBoost® team.
Gold
Our GOLD Plan is our most comprehensive plan. The GOLD plan offers you all of the benefits of the BRONZE and SILVER plans with the added option to participate in a second physical fitness test also administered by FedBoost® team members. The second PFT/PTA is given approximately six weeks after your first test. This gives you the opportunity to accurately track your progress. In addition to having access to the FedBoost® team via email, you will also have access via live video-conferencing where a FedBoost® team member will provide on-the-spot feedback regarding your training and progress.

Before we can begin training or begin your PFT assessment please complete our Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire and our Liability Waiver.
